Hello I am writing this email because well one manly I am very very disappointed in your products or so I have experienced a fair amount of disappointment and all three, the only three products that I've ever bought of your brand "Aqua Culture". In the past 6 months I have had the unfortunate experience of 3 different tanks leaking terribly. The first one I bought was a 55 gallon. The only good thing I can say about any of this is that it did last for maybe 6 months before any kind of leak started in it. It had never been moved other than to set it up, it had never been dropped only bought setup, and filled with water and fish. The leak started out slow at first, originally I thought it will had been water from the filter overflowing from when I had thought I had it too full so I didn't pay much attention to it. Then as time went by it started to get worse. Within a short amount of time it went from a slow leak to a very bad leak and I came home from work one day to find water all over my Oak stand that it had been on and about a 3 foot by 3 foot puddle of water soaking my carpet. I thought okay no big deal this happens, I'll fix it. So I I'm did it all out totally dried it inside and resealed the whole inside and the whole outside and underneath. I put it back together and again filled it with water and fish and in a matter of maybe a month the leak was bad too the way it was when It got bad the first time. I then had enough with that tank emptied it out and put it on the curb for somebody to take. By then bought a 10 gallon from Walmart thinking that I didn't want to buy another big one to have to deal with such a big problem again at least if it was small it would be a small problem. Again I had the same experience only it was no 6 months it was less than a month and I noticed the leak coming from the bottom. I instantly decided that instead of messing with it I would go buy a brand new one and keep believing one for maybe a backup or fix it one day if I needed it. So again I go buy another 10 gallon brand new from Walmart no damage had been done to it whatsoever and again within a short amount of time maybe about 3 months now this one has now started leaking. I am VERY VERY VERY disappointed. I have wasted tons of time and money if you could the water it took to fill them, especially the 55 gallon. With having to fill it multiple times from setting it up to testing to see if the leak was still there my water bill ended up being around $350 dollars. Including the money wasted on buying it in the first place including the two 10 gallons, Adds up to quite a bit of money that I worked too hard for to just flush down the toilet. I will definitely now be switching to a different brand of aquarium hopefully one not as *** and cheaply put together as these ones. Unless of course I was reimbursed with one guaranteed to not end of leaking within a short amount of time. The life of these tanks or any tank in general should be years not months. Unless of course you're making tanks where the main purpose is to leak then of course you're doing a wonderful job. I want to be reimbursed either money back that I wasted or I want to set up guaranteed to last, a decent setup. If not reimbursed with something of that sort, I will contact the BBB and also leave bad reviews everywhere I am able to, warning other people not to waste their time, or to even have a second thought about buying this product or any product as far as I'm concerned. I hope that you take this matter seriously if you care about the reputation of your brand. If not I'm even more disappointed that I already have been. Return to contact would be best by email which I'm sure is already included below or somewhere with this message. Return email would be: raejaquelyn@***.com I Thank you for your time in reading about my horrible experience and look forward to hearing back from you. -Jaquelyn plotz

I've had that problem before. Its actually an easy fix.

Just remove the filter from the tank, open it up, and clean every piece very carefully.

Then put it back in the tank. It should work.

Pacific East Aquaculture does not manufacture or sell these tanks that are purchased through WalMart or any other reseller. We are a state licensed aquaculture facility.

We have been dealing with this problem for over 4 years and Walmart has been impossible to deal with to get this corrected.

We do not know who makes these tanks for Walmart but I will tell you I get HUNDREDS of calls on them with problems! If Walmart gave you our number please let me know, we are documenting this for future litigation if this is not resolved soon.

My 10 gallon fish tank is leaking

I have purchased a 10 gallon fish tank from aqua culture and I got it set up and I have fish in it and it is leaking water. I do not know why it keeps leaking water. I have purchased a 5 gallon tank of the same brand in the past and never had this problem. I keep cleaning up the water, but it just keeps leaking on to my counter. I cannot return it to Walmart because I have no where to put my fish in order to do so. I would like some kind of help to make this right. I do not know how to get the tank to stop leaking and I do not have the money to purchase another tank.

To Everyone Who Has a Problem with an Aquarium from WalMart: WE DO NOT MAKE, MANUFACTURE, OR SELL THESE TANKS!!!!! We are a state licensed coral aquaculture company, we do not sell aquariums through WalMart!

We have been getting negative reviews and phone calls about problems with an aquarium that WalMart sells. WalMart has been giving out our name as the manufacturer, BUT WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE THESE TANKS NOR HAVE ANY RELATIONSHIP WHATSOEVER WITH WALMART!

We have been dealing with this issue for over 4 years to get WalMart to correct this issue and give their customers the proper information so they can resolve their problems with the product. Please do not leave negative reviews on our company, we are not responsible for this product!

I bought an aqua culture aqua falls tank for my 2 betta fish and the falls do not work, I have had it plugged up for a couple of days and no water is moving therefore the filter isn't filtering and I cannot reach anybody to help me with this problem, this company has no reachable customer service and no paperwork to give you an idea of how to reach them.
